Problem:
Washing machine not draining water or entering spin cycle
Solution:
Make sure the washing machine lid is closed tightly. Your KitchenAid washer
will automatically turn off if the lid is opened during operation. It will not
restart until you close the lid and press the Start button.
Also, make sure to check that the drain hose is not clogged. Unplug the machine first, and then remove the drain hose from the back of the washer. Clear out any debris, and place everything back in its place.
Plug it in and restart the machine to check if your KitchenAid washing machine repair has been successful.
